Fancam Return and Replacement Policy
At Fancam, every product is created on-demand using the exact image the customer selects during the product-creation process. Because each item is customized and made specifically for the purchaser, we follow the policy below for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Customized Products – No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
All products sold by Fancam are custom-printed, created based on the image the customer chooses in our interface.
Therefore:
– We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements if the customer simply does not like how the selected image looks on the final product.
– Before completing a purchase, customers must zoom in and examine the product preview carefully to ensure they are satisfied with the image quality, position, and overall appearance.
– If the product received matches the preview image shown at the time of purchase, no refund or replacement will be issued.
This includes:
– Personal preference changes
– Disliking the composition, cropping, zoom level, or appearance of the uploaded or selected image
– Image quality issues inherent in the photo provided by the customer
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace the item or refund its value if:
– The product arrives physically damaged, or
– The product contains a manufacturing defect
To process this:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@fancam.com and include:
1. Order number
2. Clear photos of the damaged area and the full product
3. A brief description of the issue
All refund or replacement requests must be handled exclusively via email to shop@fancam.com.
3. When We Will Not Issue a Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement will not be issued when:
– The product looks exactly as displayed in the preview during the ordering process.
– The issue is related to the customer’s uploaded or selected image.
– The customer decides they no longer want the product.
– Minor color variations occur due to screen-to-print differences.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses, delivery refusal, or failure to pick up held packages.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Only requests submitted before production may be considered.
6. Fancam’s Obligations
If a damaged or defective claim is verified, Fancam will issue a refund or reproduce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
